1. Introduction and Acceptance

You agree that, upon formation of that entity, these Terms, your account, and the rights and obligations under them may be assigned and novated to that entity on the same terms. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• “AI Agent” means any autonomous or semi-autonomous feature of the Platform that plans, generates, executes, or takes actions on your behalf.
• “Plugin” means any first-party or third-party integration, connector, extension, or tool that can be added to or invoked within the Platform.
• “Output” means code, text, designs, configurations, applications, and other materials generated by the Platform or its AI Agents in response to your inputs.
• “User Content” means prompts, instructions, files, data, designs, and other materials you submit to the Platform.
• “Generated Application” means any website, application, or service you build, deploy, or host using the Platform.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [SECURITY EMAIL] of any unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Description of the Services

The Platform lets you design, build, deploy, and host software using AI Agents and Plugins. Features, models, limits, and availability may change, be added, or be removed at any time. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific feature or model will remain available.

5. AI Agents and Automated Actions

• The Platform includes AI Agents that can act autonomously or semi-autonomously on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree that:
• AI Agents can make mistakes. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, non-functional, or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all Output.
• You authorize the actions you trigger.
• Confirmation is required for high-impact actions.
• Output is not professional advice.
• You are responsible for configuring appropriate guardrails and supervision.

6. Plugins and Third-Party Integrations

The Platform may let you install or invoke Plugins, including third-party Plugins. Third-party Plugins are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. By using a Plugin, you authorize the Platform to exchange data with it as needed. You are responsible for reviewing the permissions any Plugin requests. We may disable any Plugin at any time.

7. User Content and Generated Applications

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display your User Content and Generated Applications solely as necessary to operate the Platform. You are solely responsible for your User Content and Generated Applications, including their legality and compliance with applicable laws.

8. Hosting and Deployment

Where you deploy or host a Generated Application through the Platform, the Platform is provided without any guarantee of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted operation. Your use is subject to applicable resource limits. You remain solely responsible for the content and operation of any Generated Application. We may suspend or remove applications that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we assign to you the rights we may hold in the Output generated specifically for you. You acknowledge that AI-generated material may not be protectable in all jurisdictions and that similar Output may be generated for others. The Platform itself and all its underlying technology remain our property. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works of the Platform.

10. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use the Platform to:
• build, host, or distribute anything illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or defamatory;
• create malware, spyware, phishing tools, or spam;
• generate content that exploits minors or promotes violence/harassment;
• circumvent usage limits or security measures;
• misuse AI Agents to attack third-party services;
• violate export controls, sanctions, or data protection laws.

11. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing

Certain features require payment. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

12. AI Disclaimers

The Platform uses machine-learning models that generate probabilistic output. We do not warrant that Output is accurate, reliable, secure, or fit for any purpose. You must independently verify all Output before use, especially for critical applications.
